Ingredients
- 2 pounds of large shrimp
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 16 ounces of spinach noodles
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon chives
- 1 tablespoon parley
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Cream cheese needs to be at room temperature.
Sautee shrimp until pink (you can used cooked shrimp)
Cook noodles. Mix hot noodles with cream cheese and layer in bottom of casserole. (9x13 pan)
Add shrimp to top of noodle mixture.
combine soup, sour cream, mayo, half and half, chives, parsley, mustard in medium bowl. Spread over shrimp and noodles.
Add cheddar cheese to top.
Bake 25 minutes.
