• 4 1/2 cups sifted confectioners's sugar
• 4 1/2 tbsp orange juice
• Grated rind for extra flavor

Step 1

Mix together butter and confectioners' sugar. Stir in orange juice and orange rind, if desired.
Use on a box lemon layer cake with clear orange filling.
