Ingredients
- 1 lb chopped beef
- 1 egg
- 1 t salt
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 Tbs. Chopped onions
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour boiling water over the cabbage leaves. Let stand for 5 minutes. Drain.
2. Season meat, add onion,, rice, and eggs.
3. Roll a portion of filling into each leaf., Fasten ends with toothpicks.
4. Place cabbage rolls on the rack in the MIRRO-MATIC
5. Pour tomato sauce and water over rolls.
6. Cover, set control at 15 and cook 8 minutes after control giggles.
7. Reduce pressure normally for 5 minutes, then place pan under faucet.
Serves 4.
