Orange Chicken Stir-Fry
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 2 Tbs. Soy Sauce
- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, sliced
- 1 Bag Frozen Vegetables of choice (broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts)
- Hot cooked rice, for serving
Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add orange juice and soy sauce and the chicken and cook for 1 minute. Add the vegetables of your choice and continue cooking until chicken is cooked through and veggies are crisp. Serve over rice.
