Lebanese Lemon Salad Dressing
This dressing is a staple of Lebanese culture. Great on salads, veggies, fish and chicken.
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper, or to taste
1. Mince garlic. Add salt to garlic. Use flat side of knife and mash the garlic and salt into a "paste". Place in bowl.
2. Add lemon juice, olive oil and pepper to bowl and whisk until well blended.
