Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 4 Tb margarine
- 3 boxes frozen butternut squash
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy milk
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Saute chopped onion in margarine.
Add butternut squash.
Cook for 1/2 hour.
Puree.
Add soy milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste
