Cheesy Garlic-Stuffed Bread

Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. (4 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. fresh parsley sprigs
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves
- 1 (20 oz) large round loaf bread

Preparation
Step 1
1. Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add first 4 ingredients. Process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides; set aside.
2. Slice off top half of bread loaf; set top aside. Hollow out bottom half of loaf, leaving a 1-in. shell. Set shell aside.
3. Cut inside bread pieces into 1-in. cubes; place on a large baking sheet.
4. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned; set aside.
5. Spoon cheese mixture into center of the bread shell, and replace bread top. Wrap filled bread in heavy duty aluminum foil, and place on a baking sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with toasted bread cubes.
