Ingredients
- 2 cups self rising flour (or 2 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp baking powder)
- 3/4 cup sugar or Truvia Baking Blend
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries (whole)

Preparation
Step 1
Directions: Preheat oven to 385° F and prepare a 9" loaf pan using baking spray.
Combine flour and sugar. Add melted butter, egg, milk and vanilla and stir until batter is mixed well. Fold in blueberries gently.
Spread batter into loaf pan evenly. Sprinkle a little bit of sugar over the top of batter. Bake 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Remove bread from pan and let cool on a rack.
