  • Crust
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened
  • ½ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • Topping
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel (optional)
  • ½ Cup Lemon Juice

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 ͦ. Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar in food processor until ball forms. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake for 20 minutes.

Beat remaining ingredients until light and fluffy. Pour over hot crust. Bake until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center, about 25 minutes. Cool; Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into about 2” squares.
