Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 egg whites

Preparation

Step 1

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes. Dissolve in boiling water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Cool, stirring occasionally. When quite thick, beat until foamy.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to jelly. Continue beating until mixture holds its shape.

Divide between 4 fruit glasses.
