- 1 acorn squash, halved, seeded, and cut into wedges
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- spices, such as cumin and coriander

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425. On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss squash wedges, with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with with and pepper. Add desired spices. and roast until tender, 30 minutes.
