Salmon, Blackberry Glazed

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup blackberry jam
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • olive oil
  • 2 lbs salmon fillets
  • salt and papper

Step 1

Preheat grill to medium high.

Combine jam with soy sauce, garlic and red pepper flakes in a small bowl. Lightly brush the flesh side of the salmon with olive oil. Place salmon fillets, flesh side down, on the grill and cook 5 minutes. Turn fish with a spatula, season with salt and pepper and brush on more glaze. Cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
