Can substitute chicken for pork! Great either way, and so easy!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium chicken breast halves (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 (16 oz) can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 (at least 8 oz) bottle Catalina dressing
  • 1 pkt dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the cranberry sauce, catalina dressing and soup mix together in a bowl. Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken in pan and pour the dressing mix over the top of the chicken. Bake for 1 hour.

*Optional: flip chicken or re-glaze with sauce half-way through.
