Ingredients
- 6 small to medium artichokes (if you buy large ones, couples can share)
- 1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2-3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 T. garlic salt
- olive oil
- 3 cups chicken broth
- The amounts are just approximate, you might have to make more stuffing depending on how big your artichokes are.

Preparation
Step 1
Clean and prepare artichokes. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, garlic and garlic salt. Stuff each artichoke, getting stuffing into each leave and into center. Put in sauce pan with lid and pour about an inch of chicken broth in pan. Drizzle each artichoke with about 1 T. olive oil. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes until tender. Watch so that the broth doesn't dry up, add more if needed.
