Ingredients
- 3 pears
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9 inch pie plate. Peel, halve and core pears. Slice pears 1/4 inch thick lengthwise. Arrange slices in plate, overlapping slightly.
In a blender, mix melted butter, sugar, flour, vanilla, eggs, milk and salt until smooth.
Pour batter over pears, bake until firm 40-45 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
