Ingredients
- 1 C butter melted
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/3 C chop parsley
- 1/2 t paprika
- Dash cayenne
- 2/3 C cooking sherry\
- 2 C soft bread crumbs
- 5 to 6 C cleaned cooked shrimp (4 lbs in shell)
Details
Preparation
Step 1
To melted butter, add next 5 ingredients and mix
Add bread crumbs, toss
Place shrimp in 11 x 7 dish
Spoon mixture over shrimp
Bake slow at 325 degrees 20 to 25 minutes or until crumbs brown
Sprinkle with parsley
