    small ducks

  • 1

    package onion soup

  • 4

    cups coarsely chopped and peeled potatoes

  • 2

    cups coarsely chopped carrots

  • 1

    medium onion, coarsely chopped

  • 2

    tablespoons butter

  • 1/2

    cup water

  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Wash ducks, wipe dry inside and out. Place all ingredients except ducks in Crock-Pot with 1/2 cup water. Place ducks on vegetables. Cover. Cook on high for 5 hours or until tender.
