Ingredients

  • 2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbs prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 c crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, Parmesan cheese and garlic until blended. Beat in horseradish. Stir in bacon and green onions. Divide into three portions and shape into a ball.

2. Wrap cheese balls tightly in plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
