Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, plus 2 tablespoons chopped for garnish
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 a lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
1) Add all ingredients except for the garnish to a food processor. Process until smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides a few times with a rubber spatula.
2) Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and top with the chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, or chips for dipping.
