- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp four-peppercorn spice mix*
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 4 6-7 ounce skinless salmon fillets
- Dried dillweed
- Garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp butter

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease large baking sheet. Combine sesame seeds and peppercorn mix in sealable plastic bag. Crush with mallet. Squeeze juice form lemon quarters onto both sides of salmon with dillweed, garlic powder, peppercorn mixture and salt. Arrange salmon o prepared baking sheet. Dot with butter.
2. Bake until fish is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Transfer to plates.
3. *A blend of black, white, pink and green peppercorns that is available in the spice section of many supermarkets.
