Ingredients
- 2 ounces smoked salmon
- 12 small endive leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt ( Kosher)
- Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place piece of salmon in each endive leaves. In small bowl whisk oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and pour over the filled endive leaves. Serve immediately or keep chilled until ready to serve
