Ingredients
- 2 cans(15oz) pumpkin
- 2 c applesauce
- 2/3 c packed light-brown sugar
- 11/2 t grated fresh ginger
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1 t nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients in a heavy, med saucepan until blended. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring often to prevent scorching, 30 min or until med. thick. Cool, spoon into container, cover and refrigerate.
