Ingredients
- 2 cups Canyon Tomato Basil Soup
- 1 block Velveeta cubed
- 1 15oz can black eyed peas drained
- 1 container fresh pico-medium or hot
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 1/2 T Adam's Reserve Southwest Rub

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and season with rub. Add 1/4 cup of water and season to taste with salt. Combine remaining ingredients in a pot and heat over medium heat until all cheese is melted. Can be heated in a crock pot.
