Ingredients
- 6 cups 1-inch cubes of Pontiac, Yukon Gold or White Rose potatoes
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 large garlic cloves peeled and minced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Butter a 2 quart shallow baking dish. Toss together the potatoes, butter, cream, garlic, salt, and freshly ground pepper.
Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cram has evaporated.
