Roasted Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 8 ounces baby carrots, trimmed and cut in half
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 475 Toss broccoli and carrots with olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper
2. roast for 20 -25 minutes until tender, tossing every 10 minutes
