I left off the whipped cream topping that's in the picture.
My husband and I split one of these for breakfast (150 cal each).
300 cal; 30 g Protein; 5g Fat; 11 g Net Carb; 6 g Sugar

Ingredients
- 4 slices frozen mango
- 3/4 cup lowfat goat milk or almond milk
- 1 rounded scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup organic pure pumpkin puree (I freeze beforehand)
- 3 packets Stevia (I use Pyure brand)
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
