My husband and I split one of these for breakfast (150 cal each).

300 cal; 30 g Protein; 5g Fat; 11 g Net Carb; 6 g Sugar

Ingredients

  • 4 slices frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup lowfat goat milk or almond milk
  • 1 rounded scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup organic pure pumpkin puree (I freeze beforehand)
  • 3 packets Stevia (I use Pyure brand)
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese
