Cranberry Scones

Ingredients
- 2 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Quick cooking
- oats
- 3/4 tsp. Baking Powder
- 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp. Salt
- 6 Tbsp. Sugar
- 10 Tbsp. Cold Butter,
- Cut up
- 1/2 C. Dried Cranberries
- 3/4 C. Buttermilk

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 325º.
Mix by hand.
Put all dry ingredients in a large
mixing bowl. Cut the cold butter into
the dry mix until course and crumbly.
Now add the fruit and buttermilk.
Mix until just combined.
Place on large cookie sheet and press
into a large circle. It need to dust
your hands with flour.
Cut 8 triangles (like a pie) but
do not cut all the way through and
DO NOT SEPARATE. Bake 22-25 minutes.
