Ingredients

  • 2 packages of whole cranberries (in bag)
  • 6 medium apples, peeled & sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • juice of whole lemon

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse cranberries in colander before using. Mix sugar & water until dissolved & bring to a boil. Add the cranberries & boil again. Reduce heat & cook until they start popping, about 5 minutes. Add apples & lemon juice & cook until apples are tender, about another 5 minutes. Place in dish, cool & refrigerate until ready to serve.
