Cranberry Salad

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cranberries
  • 1 1/2 C. Sugar
  • 2 boxes Lemon Jello
  • 1 C. Crushed Pineapple
  • 1/2 C. Nuts (optional)



Step 1

1. Grind Cranberries and put Sugar over them and mix to dissolve the Sugar.

2. Make Jello with half the Water called for and refrigerate until almost set.

3. When Jello is ready, add the Cranberry mixture, Pineapple and Nuts.

4. You can also add Celery, Mandarin Oranges or Apple. You may have a couple of suggestions of your own.

5. Enjoy!
