Balsamic Maple Acorn Squash

Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash (1/1/2 lbs/675g)
- 1/4 cup kraft extra virgin olive oil aged balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 3 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400F. Cut Squash lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds. Place squash halves, cut side down, on cutting board. Cut each half crosswise into 6 slices; place in large bowl.
Mix salad dressing, maple syrup and ground nutmeg until blended.
Add to squash; toss to evenly coat. Spread onto foiled covered rimmed baking sheet
Bake 45 minutes or until squash is tender, turning after 25 minutes.
