Ingredients
- 2 quarts Dash Stock
- 2 1/2 Tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1/4 cup tamarin or light soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 Tbsp mirin
- salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute, then strain. Use immediately, or make in advance and refrigerate for 2-3 days.
