Grilled Salmon with Lemon Oil and Basil

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds salmon fillet
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Grape seed oil for brushing
- Lemon-infused olive oil
- 8 fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Brush salmon fillets with grape seed oil and season with salt and pepper. Place salmon fillet on grill and cook, turning once, until the fish is firm to the touch, 4-5 minutes per side.
Transfer the fillet to a warm plate and cut into four pieces. Drizzle each piece with 1 teaspoon of lemon oil and garnish with basil.
