Turkey Spinach Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 4 large egg whites
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast
- 2 (10oz) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup ketchup

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Heat large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add onion, sauté 4 minutes. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
Combine onion mixture, breadcrumbs and next 8 ingredients (breadcrumbs thru spinach), stirring well.
Shape meat mixture into a 12x5 loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush ketchup over top of loaf.
Bake 350 for 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
