- Vinegrette:
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons onion
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 tesp. salt
- 1-2 tesp. sugar
- dash of salt
- Container of fresh strawberries
- Fresh baby spinach

Step 1
Chop onions finely
Whisk oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar until well mixed.
Slice strawberries
Mix dressing w/ spinach and strawberries.
