Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, well-beaten
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup blueberries
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Make a well in the center of flour mixture. Combine milk, egg and oil and add to well. Stir until moistened.
Add blueberries and 2 tablespoons sugar. Stir gently into the batter, then pour into greased muffin pans.
Bake for 25 minutes. While warm, dip tops in melted butter and in remaining sugar.
