- 4 large white potatoes peeled
- 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- 2 teaspoons basil

Preparation
Step 1
•Preheat oven to 400*.
•Slice and cut potatoes length wise making them 1/4 th of an inch thick wide.
•Mix together oil, pepper, garlic powder and seasoning salt in a bowl. Toss the potatoes in the mixture until well coated evenly.
•Place on 2 baking sheets making sure none on the potatoes are touching. Bake 27-32 minutes or until brown and crispy. Serve immediately.
