Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 8 Tbsp. butter
- Fry in large soup pot
- Add
- 12 large potatoes (can used left over potatoes)
- 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 4 cups boiling water
- Boil until potatoes are cooked
- Mash potatoes
- Add
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Mix together in small bowl
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- sprinkle into potato mix; stir well as to prevent burning
- remove from heat when bubbling
- Add
- 4 cups heavy cream
- 4 cups milk
- 2 Tbsp. OXO chicken base
