Pumpkin Butter Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 1 jar of pumpkin butter
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 of a cup milk
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbs flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
Reserve 1 cup of yellow cake mix. Mix remaining cake mix with 1/2 cup of melted butter and 1 large egg. Press lightly into bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix 1 jar pumpkin butter w/ 2 large eggs and 1/8 milk. Pour over cake mixture. Mix 1 cup reserved cake mix with 1 tbs flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 soft butter, and 1 tsp cinnamon.
Mix and crumble with a pastry blender. Do no over mix. Spread over the top of the pumpkin layer. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden.
