Ingredients

  • 2 8oz bars Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 Tbls chopped pimento
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 can Hot Rotel Tomatoes (drained, reserving juice)
  • 2 med cans Shoepeg corn
  • Hot Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix first five ingredients until completely mixed in adding reserved juice as needed. Stir in corn. Add hot sauce to taste. Pour mixture into casserole dish and bake until hot and bubbly and slightly browned on top. About 30 mins.
