Ingredients

  • 4

    large baking potatoes, baked

  • 2

    sticks of butter

  • 1

    onion diced

  • ¾

    cup flour

  • 48

    oz chicken broth

  • 2

    cups water

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • ¼

    tsp sugar

  • cups heavy cream

Directions

Bake potatoes until tender. Cool, peel and chop into small pieces In soup pot melt butter over medium heat and add onions until soften Add flour and cook 3 minutes Slowly add broth, water, salt, pepper, sugar Bring to boil stirring often Gradually add heavy cream until you reach proper consistency Add potatoes and simmer 5-10 minutes Garnish with chopped bacon, chives & cheese
