- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart mix
- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2 Tbsp fat-free egg product
- 3/4 cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries
- (try other berries too!)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir ingredients except blueberries until blended. Stir in blueberries.
Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
Cook until bubbles break on surface. Turn; cook until golden.
