Ingredients
- All purposed flour for dusting
- 1/2 pkg. (17.3 oz.) frozen puff pastry sheets (1 sheet thawed)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, divided
- 1 t. finely chopped rosemary leaves
- 4 oz. goat cheese
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Rasberry Habanero Sauce, divided

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Cut pastry in to 16 pastry circles. Use a small measuring cup to cut. Gently press centers of puffs using fingetip to make wells.
Lightly toast almonds.
Combine Almonds 1/2, rosemary, goat cheese, cream cheese.
Pipe into each cooked puff and top with Raspberry sauce and almonds.
