Italian Lemon Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 Sticks Butter,
- softened
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 5 C. Flour
- 5 Tsp. Baking powder
- 2 Tsp. Lemon Extract
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugar well.
Add eggs one at a time mixing well after
each addition. Add flour 1 cup at a time
along with baking powder and lemon extract.
Mix well. Form into 1 inch balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350º
for 10 min. Makes around 9 dozen.
Glaze: Milk,Powdered sugar & Lemon extract
