Strawberry Butter

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup pureed strawberries
• 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
• 1 teaspoon grated orange peel or 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Soften butter to room temperature and blend in the flavor ingredients with an electric mixer, beating at medium speed until completely blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
