- Cauliflower florets
- Garlic cloves or roasted garlic
- pine nuts
- shisito peppers
- dried thyme
- olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
toss cauliflower, garlic in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme. Roast in 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. toss shisito peppers and pine nuts in olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme. Add to roasting pan and cook all for another 5-7 minutes.
