Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 bone/skinless chicken breasts (5oz each)
- 1 cup cooked rice

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a small bowl combine salsa, preserves and orange juice.
2. In slow-cooker, layer 1/3 cup salsa mixture, a chicken breast. Repeat layers. Top w/remaining salsa.
3. Cover and cook on low for two-three hours until tender.
4. Serve with hot rice.
