Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup chopped cranberries
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cranberries to for a smooth batter. Fold cranberries.
Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
