    c frozen blueberries

  • ½

    c unsweetened rice, almond, or coconut milk (the drinking kind)

  • ¼

    t vanilla extract

  • ½

    sliced banana

  • 1

    T toasted coconut flakes

Directions

1. In a blender, combine blueberries w/milk & vanilla extract. 2. Pour into a small bowl & top w/banana & coconut.
