Ingredients

  • 2 bags of cubed hash brown frozen potatoes
  • 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
  • 2 sticks of butter
  • 1 container of sour cream
  • 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 bag of crushed cornflakes

Preparation

Step 1

Put the 2 bags of potatoes in a buttered baking dish. Mix together the soup, cheddar and sour cream. spread over the potatoes. Pour a stick of melted butter of the potatoes then crumble the corn flakes over the potatoes then pour another stick of melted butter over the corn flakes. Bake at 375 for about 45 mins.
